I know that is possible! To have minimal cravings for sugar is possible. To have an understanding of where you can cut out added sugar from your diet to minimize its consumption is possible. To have treats here and there not as a reward or as entertainment, YES it is possible. And to be able to say no to sugar without the feeling of deprivation. It is possible⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A few small ways I recommend for you to start:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Read food labels ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Chose unsweetened snacks⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Eat protein-rich foods⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
